SMS / Messaging Terms

1. About these terms
These terms govern the SMS text messaging service offered by Crassus Group, a brand of Crassus Mexico Capital S.A. de C.V., a real estate developer based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico (collectively, "Crassus Group", "we", "us", "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our public contact form at crassus.mx/contact/, you agree to these terms.
2. Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from Crassus Group related to real estate properties developed by us or our affiliates, including:
- Sales follow-up: replies and follow-ups to your inbound inquiries about specific properties
- Appointment confirmations: confirmations and reminders for in-person and virtual property tours and consultations
- Property availability updates: occasional updates about new property availability, pricing changes, or relevant project milestones for the projects you have expressed interest in
- Customer care for existing buyers: document signature requests, construction progress updates, and payment reminders for buyers under purchase agreement
3. Frequency
Message frequency is variable, typically 1 to 10 messages per month per recipient, depending on your stage in the buyer journey.
4. Charges
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Crassus Group does not charge for the SMS service itself. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message we send. After opting out you will receive a final confirmation message and we will not send any further SMS messages to that phone number unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
8. Sharing restrictions
We will NOT share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your messaging consent record with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not apply to information sharing strictly required to deliver the SMS service itself, such as transmission through our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) or to comply with legal obligations.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected through this messaging program is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Eligibility
The SMS service is offered to recipients in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at crassus.mx/sms-terms/ with the effective date noted at the top.
